We often hear a saying that a clean workspace produces great work and ideas. So is a neat to-do-list. We all want to stay on top of our tasks and ensure all processes are clear and easy to follow. Bloo added a Board view for this reason.
Boards are designed for you to get a full picture view of current processes or workloads within a project or team. You can create columns to define each step from ideation to completion. You can create todos for each columns and move them around as the task progresses.
A company may have different projects, and each project may have its own process. Columns are there to define those processes. In Bloo, our columns are: Ideas, Backlog, In Progress, Under Review, and Done. This gives us a clear idea of what's pending and at the same time, gives us space to write ideas that we might want to implement later. If you handle social media channels, columns may be the title of each channels.
In each column, you can create todos corresponding to the process it represents.
You may or may not have known this yet, but you can move columns or todos with a drag and drop action... just like a game! 🕹
If you have less than 100 todos on your board, it may be easy to scroll down and search, but imagine having more than 100 todos. You wouldn't want to spend your valuable time on scrolling. 🧐You can filter todos according to its Assignees, Keywords, and Tags. Filters are automatically saved once you set it in a project.
On Boards, you can filter tags by just clicking on it from todo card, and click again remove filter.
There are several sorting options:
Don't like Board View? There is also a Calendar View, and you can easily change it on the Board! 🙌
